Two ********** transactions were made on a credit card that was supposedly cancelled Over 7 months ago. When I call the ***** department, I’m treated like a ******** and spoken to like a child. How can a cancelled, obviously cloned card still be used for transactions?? How did the ***** department even allow such transactions from taking place, let alone having the transactions actually be approved from a card that does not exist and the money debited??? There should have been a huge red flag the moment a cancelled card was used!! How did that not happen??? As if we don’t have enough to worry about, add a bank that can’t keep their clients information secure, or actually cancel cards so whomever cloned or stole it, won’t be able to use it again. Absolutely unacceptable!!!
