I received a call last week from fnb regarding the acc they claim i have with them(which i know nothing of) i had to go to their branch in which they did confirm i had an acc with them, but unfortunately they couldn't disclose all information since i went there without my id, ff i realized i didn't have my id when i got home, so i went to the police to get an affidavit hoping fnb will assist me since they said i should bring my id.. I went to their office again and they told me the same thing that they can't tell me what is happening on thee acc they claim is mine.. I took a credit report and it is appearing on my profile.. Before i went tp they told me that a manager will get back to me(i didn't even ask to speak to a manager) I'm still waiting for that manager.i want that acc out of my name as ASAP..
