I'm very disappointed with fnb. I took a loan and advised the consultant to deduct on the last day on every month. the consultant put his own date on the contract which is the 25th. when I asked for the reversal I was told by Bongani Mabunda that it cannot be done. He advised that he listened to the recording, but when I asked for the recording he then said he needs to request it as on his side he cannot access it. Bongani as the team leader is covering for his consultant instead of rectifying the situation.
