A few months ago I opened a ***** case with FNB regarding unauthorized transactions that were coming out of my account, these transactions went 4/5 times. A week later all the money were returned to my account. My issue is that no one ever gave me feedback about what happened and when I asked I did not get a respond. I am still waiting for FNB to tell me what happened to my account, they can't take money in and out of my account as they please and not be accountable. I need feedback regarding the case logged, at this point I suspect something *****.
