I am missing R1700 in my credit card and there's another payment of R470 that I did not authorize and when I I contacted the fnb to find out, they not giving me answers, I trusted this bank with my money now when there's payment being made without my knowledge and no one seem to have answers. Why is the bank authorizing such payments without my knowledge or myb they working together, and I didn't get notifications when this happened I only saw it under my statement, if it wasn't of me checking my statement my money was gone.
