I have called in Credit Card Division as my Card was blocked for Suspected from. I needed to pay CIMA ( Chartered institute of Management Accountants) based in London. I need to pay for my Exam using my Credit card. Because of this FNB Blocked my card.
i called in and Spent almost 30 minutes being Transferred from call centre to Call centre. All i need is the card unblocked and activated for international Payment.
i was told i must speak to a ***** investigator. but its proven an Exercise more Difficult than Any. Its like trying to get Hold of the CEO or Better yet the President.
My Ref num i got was. RB ********** 3840
