<p>fnb complaint department assured me that listing me on my credit profile was a mistake, that's a month ago saying they will send a withdrawal letter to the credit listers when I Check my credit profile a month later it still showed I have a bond with them, how I don't know as I didn't sign any contract with them we signed our bond with standard bank </p> <p>when I advised them that I'm still listed even though I was promised that it wil be dealt with within 7days </p> <p>the lady that responded to my query was very rude an unapologetic, she told me that I must contact the credit listers where as they are the one who listed me in the 1st place I'm so angry because this is now reflecting ban on my credit score </p>
