<p>I app**** for a R50 000.00 (fifty thousand rand) loan yesterday, which I will payback over 6 months. Lesago the consultant at FNB branch Melrose Arch said the system only provides 18 months, I refused she then phoned Loans department, where she was told to complete the application on 18 months after which Loan head office will change the period to 6 months. I agreed and we proceeded, today I received a message saying the loan period is 18 months. I immediately went to the bank and enquired with Lesago, she said there nothing she can do. I wouldn't have taken the loan if I new.</p> <p>Please fix this issue as I believe this is ***** as I now have to pay interest and admin fees for 18 months. </p> <p> </p>
