on the 29 June 2015 my phone and money together with my card was ****** by someone at the mall who i dont know and how , at jabulani mall.only to find out that after i noticed that my stuff was nologer with me I called fnb to block my stuff while explaining what happened they blocked everything and the cell phone banking the following day i went to fnb to tell them the story they said they cant help me because the card was taken from me they cant refund me R3000 that was withdrawn.just like that even now they are investing the ***** till today no reply from them.they only gave me a new card .I even dropped the case at the police station because I did not get assistance and helped.because we went were the person withdrawed the money only to find out that the ATM was not having any cameras since is renovated.and what was shocking is that the pin they they gave me was on the card so i went back to FNB and showed them they said thay cant do anything because they dont manufacture the cards.
