I have a Gold Cheque Account with FNB then on the 1st of October a ***** was made with my card while the card was with me. R1300 gone from my card. I reported the matter in FNB opening a ***** case I got a case number but up until today FNB never pay back my money after so many phone calls DMs and Tweets nothing happen. No one is contacting me from FNB but they promised me daily to resolve my matter.
