We have contacted fnb law on call so many times to report a case of ***** on an account whereby the member is using the policy when in fact he was not suppsed to do so. We have spoken to the managers who are at fault in this matter. The managers at FNB law on call is pathetic. We have proof given to them and all they do us argue with you. This has to be made viral as I have also reported thus to the ombudsman. FNB LAW ON CALL IS ABSOLUTELY OF NO HELP AT ALL WHEN THEY ARE WRONG!
