So now i'm constantly being harassed with calls from the FNB Credit Card Department to pay an installment to my Credit Card even though i have already reported ***** on my accounts mid October and sent through all the required documentation and am still waiting for FNB to actually do their job and sort out this **** but still nothing has been done. Yet after every review they send me mails saying it was sorted and i was refunded......bull****, my accounts are still in arrears, nothing was ever refunded or paid back into my accounts. So they expect me to put money into my account with no solid assurance or guarantee it will be safe and not go missing just like all my other money!! I refuse to put a cent into my FNB account untill the ***** is sorted and i know it's safe to put money in my account!!
