Frastrated Customer

Could someone from your debt review department please give my husband a call. He has been trying numerous times to get statements for the outstanding amounts owing. He has been asking for the past 4+ weeks from his debt review guys with now joy. We even thought that they're not doing their job until he realized yesterday by going into the branch what the delay was. They've tried calling from the branch, after holding on for so long he eventually got through, but the person on the other line dropped the call. He then came home tried again, call was dropped again. He must've tried 4 times, eventually someone answered and said that he'll send him the outstanding balances. We're still waiting!! We would like to settle all his outstanding accounts next month, therefore we would appreciate a call back a.s.a.p. please
