Franchise Application Taking for Ever

I will like to raise a complain with poor application coordination. The whole process had a lot of errors and has been requested to keep on signing the same documents which I already signed and submitted. I know there are processes and protocols which need to be followed in the application process but if thing keep on going back and forth it raises some worries especial for an institute of the caliber of FNB.
