FRADULENT ACTIVITIES IN MY FNB CHEQUE ACCOUNT since 2018.

I have complained, I have logged calls, I have complained to the ***** department and I have report this to Banking Ombudsman and dealt with Mr. Frans Maja and was dismissed like a dog.

In 2018, I received over R1m compensation and that's where my "real" drama started with FNB. The drama of funds going missing in my account...

I will give one example to illustrate my point. I received a payment and Invested most funds and I generally kept funds in my SAVINGS POCKET so that funds don't go missing and yes, I have debit orders. Now knowing when my debit orders would go off I would transfer money from SAVINGS POCKET into the CHEQUE ACCOUNT to ensure no debit bounces. But believe me when I say I have lost my insurances (LIFE, Funeral and Car) because this would happen frequently. And strangely, it would every time I would transfer amounts like R10k or R11k, etc. from my SAVINGS POCKET into my CHEQUE ACCOUNT to service my debit orders, but instead they would bounce and this even when my bank statement states that I had more than enough funds, and of course a few days later I would receive a message that says I have not honored my debit orders from FNB.

And when I enquire with FNB, I am treated like an idiot. I would log a complaint with the care department and ***** department and every time they would dismiss me.

Another way funds have been going missing is card transactions would be debited twice from my CHEQUE ACCOUNT... immediately when I transact the funds are moved from AVAILABLE BALANCE to BALANCE and yet a few days later it happens again, but on the statement it only reflects having happened once. But my AVAILABLE BALANCE clearly shows that that the transaction amount was deducted twice.

I have enquired, I have complained, I reported this to FNB Care, Banking Ombudsman and I have been

I have LOST thousand and thousands of rands through this ******* activity and I need FNB to refund every single cent. I have logged so many complaints, its not funny. And again I say... the Banking Ombudsman does noting for banking consumers because regardless of much evidence you against the bank, they would believe the bank, anyway. I have serious evidence and the Banking Ombudsman, Mr. Frans Maja ruled in FNB's favour, I suppose he felt offended that I hold such a view about his office, but he made no effort to prove me wrong.

I logged another complaint with the Woodmead Branch, yesterday. And this time, they saw what I have been complaining about not before I calmly threw a tantrum and demanded to see the Manager.

I need both FNB and Banking Ombudsman to be taken to task... because I am that there many other banking customers experiencing the same thing, if not worse with nowhere to run to.

Re: Complaints refs: *** and ***

No, FNB.... It was not.

Did you even attempt to check what my complaint was about or at least review it? or you just decided to close it because you read something about the Ombudsman?

If you even cared about your work you would have at least checked that this is a new complaint, as new as the 18th March 2020... which was generated in the Woodmead Branch and a consultant helped to report the complaint; after I demanded to see the Branch Manager.

PLEASE can you do your work and ****** investigate the matter properly and review my bank statement or at least read my damn complaint before closing a complaint.

This matter is new and was never referred to the Ombudsman... a similar matter was, hence my request that the investigation start from March 2018.

This is the worst service, ever.... FNB does not understand what the affects are on hardworking individuals... simply because they choose not to do their work or because they are too lazy to.

I am currently without funds and overdrawn and none of my debit orders were honoured and yet I had enough funds in my account... re: my bonus month. I could not even buy food or sanitizers or anything for the lockdown. My kids are recovering from pneumonia and my husband has a heart disease... what am I suppose to do to get FNB to properly investigate my account?

I am so tired of this poor service, but I will not give up... someone somewhere in FNB will eventually do their work and investigate my complaints properly. Until then I am not going to stop...

Money is being ****** out of my account and I believe it is being done from within FNB.

So, no ****** no...
the matter has not been addressed with the Banking Ombudsman... because this was reported on my Birthday, 18th March 2020...

So, no... this one has not yet been reported to the Ombudsman and you therefore cannot be closed.

No, FNB.... you are wrong.

***... was never reported to the OMBUDSMAN.

So it cannot be closed. I reported it to FNB CARE AND ***** on the 18th March 2020...on my Birthday.

And another was generated from the Woodmead Branch, after I demanded to see the Manager.
