Four Stars

Good Day whomever is reading this post.

November 2016 I have moved all my accounts to FNB , I have had no complaints service is good getting stuff done is easier that with my previous bank.

All is good and I'm happy except for my credit card that is now going for almost one year for the application and still nothing. After going in branch several times, several phone calls, several documents emailed several times just to get a call yesterday stating I must send these documents again or these what what.

So my conclusion is at my previous bank they gave me a credit card account in less than 5min over the telephone easy as pie, At FNB documents after documents after documents I do not know what you do with the documents but this is wasting my time and money and as small business I cant afford taking more time for your staff losing documents or whatever they do with it seeing as earlier this year I had to spend a day and half at SARS to get documents that you need for the application always some kind of document outstanding .

So you know what thanks for the service I have gotten, cancel my credit card application as you have wasted almost a year of my time with this simple application and I'm not sending anymore documents as your staff does who knows what with the documents and at my previous bank I did not have to send any documents and was assisted telephonic and mind you they called me, not me having to call them or permanently going in branch to follow up as no one gets back to me.

So FNB good service. Credit card application after one year struggling to get communication and updates on the application it seems clear that I will be waiting another year so take the credit card application and do with it the same as you did with all the documents I have sent you (who knows what) and cancel it as Im done struggling with this and I will NOT send anymore documents.

Thanks

Thank you for your response and sorry for my delayed response, I do not know why there is a number to call as I will no longer be trying to get a credit card from FNB as this is only time consuming and who knows what FNB do with the documents that I have sent already and several times too. So I repeat I will send anymore documents or make calls or anything regarding my credit card application. There was Credit Card Account open on my mobile banking , which I transferred R16 to and now even that is gone along with my R16 haha. FNB has wasted so much of my time regarding this credit card application not to mention how many hours spent on emails and at SARS and telephonically with FNB consultants oh and going in branch too a few times to get answers as no one gets back to me, so add all that together that is the amount you have wasted out of my personal and business time. Not sending anymore documents that I have already sent period! If FNB does not want to assist and throw away documents that is definitely not my problem.
