Four credit enquiries on my credit report

Two credit enquiries I did online business loan application and the was four credit enquiries done by Fnb. It was done on the 22, 25 and I complaint but the person who assisted me with the enquiry told me it's a system that's does that. On the 27th I received another enquiry, then I was amazed on the 28 another one the fourth 1, now this is crazy. Four hard inquiries on my Credit report. I wonder what's gonna be FNB explanation on this one. This is affecting my credit score and badly soooooo. Mokgapi transport and projects. Registration *** please see to it that you fix it or I am taking it further. Even considering closing my two business account with FNB. I am not safe
