Ramodike. Despite an official apology and a commitment to seamless service sent by the Regional Head, Mr. Sipho Mahungela, on 4 May 2026, the service we have received since then from our appointed Estate Specialist, Matshepo Mogoboya, has completely fallen short of FNB Fiduciary standards. We are specifically escalating the following unresolved issues: Unresolved SARS Status & Communication Blackout: It has now been over a month since we received any formal update regarding the compliance or turnaround status from the South African Revenue Service (SARS). The Audi Vehicle Transfer (NaTIS Document Issue): In June, we were told the original NaTIS documents were received from WesBank. In July, Ms. Mogoboya changed this position, stating the original document was lost and that replacement documentation was being compiled to be couriered to us immediately. To date, the family is still waiting for these critical papers to finalize the transfer of the vehicle to Lesedi. The Sale of the Motorcycle: Despite receiving valuation figures (between R95,000 and R110,000) and assurances that WeBuyCars was being engaged as far back as May 2026, we have received no definitive outcome or progress update regarding the final sale of the bike. The family has shown immense patience, but the constant need for us to follow up without receiving concrete answers is causing severe distress and delaying the closure we require. Our Required Desired Outcomes: Immediate Status Update: A clear, unambiguous written update regarding the exact bottleneck with SARS. Tracking & Delivery of Vehicle Papers: The immediate dispatch and tracking details of the replacement NaTIS/transfer documents for the Audi. Finality on Asset Sale: A conclusive update and timeline on the final sale transaction of the motorcycle. Please acknowledge receipt of this formal escalation within 48 hours and provide us with a clear timeline for resolution.
