Forgot password does not work on app

The online systems simply do not work. The FNB App tells me my profile is blocked due to incorrect passwird entered 3 times, but Ucan unblock by using forgot password procedure. It then takes you on a selfie and sms verification actions and tells you that your password has been reset successfully. But it has not. Come on FNB properly test your systems. I am very dissapointed... again
