Forgot online banking pin
In July I immigrated to the USA,I called FNB just before I left and advised that I would be travelling and am not sure when I would return but would like access to use my card abroad and to change my one time pins from being received via text but to be received via email instead for my personal account. The agent I spoke assured me that it had been done and my one time pins should be received via email instead of text.Recently I forgot my password, while trying to change it I realised that it was never done as I am still receiving my one time pins via text,as advised I am currently out of the country and have no access to my SA number .I have communicated this with FNB instead they keep sending me emails advising they cannot reach me on my SA number,I need access to my account as I have funds that need to pay for my bond and other personal debt there.I am very dissatisfied with the service I am getting as I made sure before I left SA that I sort everything out so I do not have any difficulties with the online banking or card when I get to the USAI would like a manager to contact me and to get this resolved ASAP,I have left all my details on the FNB complaints portal and to Taryn Jackson as to how I can be reached, all I want is access to my funds and personal account so I can pay my debt and bond linked to that very same account.
