Forget private banking, FNB is a sham

FNB private banking...what a load of ****. Forget the idea of a non existent private banker, this bank cannot resolve the simplest of queries. My international purchases on my credit card have been declining for the last 3 days and I have been on the phone trying to get help ever since with no help. I have tried calling so called private banker and private suite but still 3 DAYS WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE!!!
