FOREX unauthorized transation

REF: 25- ********** -1666

I recently had a client from a neighbouring country wanting to purchase some mannequins from me. She told me she banked with FNB. I then invoiced her and she made payment via EFT at her FNB branch. However, I then received an email from Forex dated 22 March 2018. I was offered the option to receive a quote stating that there would be bank charges since it's classified as a foreign transaction.

I then proceeded to decline the quote from FNB and told the client that I had done so then assuming from my side that the payment would not go through and thus the entire order would be cancelled. I told my client to rather make arrangements to pay for the mannequins from a bank WITHIN the South African borders. She was understanding. I told her I am not willing to bare the costs at my expense for this transaction. I heard nothing more from her nor any bank emails or sms's or phone call. On 16 April I received an email Foreign Payment Reference Number: R018CX0110 , showing that the money had been paid to my account. I then went to check my bank statements and found that an amount of R150 (REF #R018CX0110 ZAR INWARD SWIFT FEE) had been deducted off my bank account as well as another amount of R150 again (*** INWARD SWIFT COMMISSION)

I did not authorise this transaction and did not accept the quote. I therefore request that FNB return the amount of R2700 to the client and reverse ALL charges as I did not authorise this. Please advise ASAP how you are going to resolve this.

I will await your response. This is a matter of urgency.
