FOREX TRANSACTION TAKING FOREVER TO BE CLEARED

This is a review I found online dated Oct 2015

"It is with major disappointment that I write about the service that I am getting from FNB in particular from the consultant that I am dealing with. I have forex that was wired to me two weeks ago and it still has not been cleared. When I call ***X Mertle she tells me that they have requested for funds from Remittance and will soon give me feedback. I have sent her several emails including supporting docs of were the money is coming from and she does not reply when i follow up. When I call her she tells me the same story and do not appreciate the tone that she uses. This has left me devastated as I still do not understand why it is taking FNB to clear my money or at least keep me posted on what is going on?"

My case is quite similar. I see 5 years on, nothing has really changed.
