Forex tracking

Forex department at fnb have got to take the crown for being the most pathetic area of service. The most ineffective, apathetic, inconsiderate area of fnb. I called to ask to trace an incoming payment I am still waiting for from my husband. It was sent last Thursday. Today my husband sent me additional funds as those funds had not come through, and the funds he sent today arrived today with the same trace number as his transaction from today. I call fnb to ask them where my money is sitting from last week and explained. They gave me an email address to email my entire story to which i did and I explained and i was told it would take 48 hours for a response. 48 hours when fnb claims to be a bank of excellence, its clear that it really isnt by a number of factors, forex taking the crown. So I receive a response from forex on my email and they advise that I have received payment and quote the ref of the transaction that happened TODAY which I advised was not what i was looking for specifically! Absolutely no sense of thought or reason went into my case at all. Fnb is literally bordering the same level as government service delivery. No responses and no help! Pathetic
