**** Forex service

I have had the worst experience with FNB Forex. It has been close to 2 months now where a payment I actioned was first not attended to, then it was sent to the wrong bank and now the funds are supposed to be coming back to my account but the entire team of 7 or so people on the email chain who are supposed to be helping me are silent. Countless phone calls to their call center , only to be told by someone reading a script that I must initiate a query that will take 48 hours to give back the same information I already have.

Extremely frustrating and to some degree ******** for a bank to not inform its clients where their funds are.
