Forex run around

fFor the whole of last week I was given one story, one reason only, as to why the transfer from overseas could not be released. We addressed that issue, now today we are given a different reason.<br> The FNB forex staff, don't they read the documents properly - it just stuff s the client around and then you only get to speak to a person who handles the transactions when you refuse to put the phone down on your 3rd call. That's after many promises of return calls and emails which never materialised.<br>
