Forex receipt

I would like to lodge my displeasure and disappointment with fnb forex and with the ***** investigator Marc Chetty in particular. He has been given full information about the forex transaction for a Zambian client buying a vehicle in South Africa. He did not spend any time nor logic in dealing with the incoming forex despite having compliant documents before him. Fnb needs to hire a more competent investigator to handle this forex ***** department and up skill their staff to make them knowledgeable on what the banks role is to facilitate forex transactions and general forex liason. I am actually fuming that that ***** representative Marc Chetty would not look through the documents presented to him. I asked him what documents made this transaction suspicious and he insisted on a third party document as the problem. When I ask the third party to contact him for clarity he says he does not communicate with third parties. So which is which? Either deal with me and my paperwork and disregard the third parties paperwork (which by the way came to you as additional information for the supplier) or deal with the third parties paperwork and consider communication with them it's that simple you don't even need a PhD to understand the simple logic. Fnb should fire Marc Chetty for his utter incompetence. This here is utterly unacceptable. Fnb can you please do better.
