Forex processing system ****

If I could give a zero I would.

I’ve used fnb forex for the past 3 years to transfer money from my international account to my fnb account with no problems BUT this time around when I really need the money I’m told to process it myself of which I tried both on the app and website and THEIR system has a glitch… the drop down for country origin doesn’t pop up as it should therefore I can’t move forward to release my money. I’ve stayed on chat for 7 hours waiting for the forex department with no avail. I’ve send 3 emails to *** still no response. I WANT MY MONEY RELEASED INTO MY ACCOUNT. I did the same transaction last month and I didn’t have to process anything myself it cleared automatically so please I want my money cause your system is making it hard for me to get it and I need that money urgently this is a great inconvenience cause it says if I don’t do it in 24 hours it will disappear then an agent will contact me the only way I’m available is through email or WhatsApp cause I’m out of the country so this is just **** really cause I need my money
