forex payment not cleared two weeks now

I had a forex payment done on the 27th march from overseas customer it been 2 weeks and funds have not been released into my business account i spoke to a Johan at fnb forex he advise to send the compliance documents to Forex email i did that now forex comes back an advise my email address on profile is in correct they take 5days to reply to and email i am frustrated with the service of Fnb first the blocked my business account and then unblocked it without a reasonable enough reason now i can't get my forex payments cleared how do they expect to keep me on as client with such poor service.
