FOREX PAYMENT DENIED FOR NO REASON

I had funds refunded from FNB Forex with no reason provided. I've been using the same details for the past few years and now this. Not only was I charged for the transaction but I was also exposed to exchange risk I could have easily avoided.

I contacted FNB Forex for assistance and the consultant could not provide me with a reason for the blocked transaction. I'm now out of pocket for no apparent reason, the beneficiary details on my account have been the same for several years, I've received no notice of any changes in the processing of payments of this nature.

My question is why must I pay for a service that was not delivered to me? Does that seem fair? What is the purpose of the forex application process then? Why did you approve my application, then decline the transaction after I accepted your rates and authorised the payment? Why do I have to pay your transaction fees? You guys didn't do anything for me!!!!!!!! THIS IS *****
