Forex pathetic service and no feedback
I am struggle with forex transaction since last two weeks to be credited back to my account and they keep saying that they are following with Ned bank for feedback wrote them several email till now no feedback and no answer for my emails …I wan my funds to be returned as beneficiary account already returned the funds

03 Mar 2023, 09:04Iam following up with your nostro queries since last three weeks even I provided all information and relevant swift msg from beneficiary bank that they returned the funds since 7th February 2023..no resolving for this issue or giving feedback while there is delay
