Forex pathetic

Forex department. Again. I am not even going into the entire saga which started on 29th October. All I wanted know is what the problem is that I cannot release international transfers on my cellphone banking on global receipts as I've always done. Some of the replies I received was have I tried signing on with a laptop. I specifically asked about cell phone banking. Then on 7 November Ezekiel Motsepe emailed me that they would appreciate it if I contact advisory desk each month. Now after once again explaining what my enquiry is about and that secure chat is costing me money and I have had to hold on for an agent from Forex to assist for over 1 hour. On 9th November I emailed Forex just a question mark as nobody finds my enquiry worthy to reply on. (probably because I don't have millions in their institution). Two days later on 11th November Roe***a Davids had to actually ask Esekiel if someone from Forex can get back to the client. (as far as I know these agents in Forex earns a salary to assist the public? Maybe I'm wrong and they are just volunteers) Then Revashnie from Forex emailed me explaining how to release the payment on cellphone banking. In exactly the same manner I have been telling them. (tremendous help). Alternatively I must call advisory desk. From abroad Revashnie? Every month? Why? And then the cherry on this cake. They call my daughter in South Africa. With my last review here I updated all my international details via email to Forex. Can fnb explain to me how fnb called me on my international number after my last complaint? Other banks updates the details but not fnb. No. They want you to send them your new details every single time you have an enquiry. And need I mention that they are supposed to respond within 1 business working day according to their automated responses you get when you send an email. Last I checked it took 5 days to get a response. Now I am asking the public this, who do you ask for help with your bank enquiry if they don't give two shoots about us.
