Forex not deposited

I requested for money to be deposited abroad,I received confirmation the following day that the deposit was successful however it is 2 months since the deposit has been made and the amount was deducted from off my balance with the relevant charges and the amount has still not been received where it was sent. even after confirming that the correct details have been used with the recipient.When contacting Forex Ambretha was allocated to deal with my query she only responds to state that it is being dealt with and cannot commit to a time line as to when she can provide feedback. weekly I check up with her as to the progress of the query and same response,The lack of response suggests that my query is only remembered when email is sent and forgotten thereafter.
