Forex fnb

I am a new business owner ,I've opened my nee business account with FNB .with the first international transfer i had , its has taken forever to recieve the money so i can deliver to my clients . then Forex fnb say they have sent me an email which requires my FICA a documents and they wanted to see my invoice to the sender of funds . Now the funny part is that i did not get any email which want these mentioned above.

After long time being tossed at the branch tellers ,then one tells me i must ask my business banking representative which i did not know i had one . because the guy who helped me open the account added himself and did not inform me . when i called him as they have me this number ,atleast him managed to find the email hanging i don't know where but not on my inbox . he forwarded the email n then I was able to respond to the forex business department ,then they tell me the process takes 5 to 7 working days and that time i have guys already working and expecting payment daily after shift . can you understand how inconveniencing that is..
