Forex Exchange - US Cheque

Good Day, I have received my Tax Return From the US, I have being struggling for more than year to receive it and my tax return Cheque finally arrived this month. I have recently moved to FNB bank 6months old, I have being extremely happy with all the services thus far my salary and debit orders go off my account as i use it everyday.<br> I went in Willowbridge Branch on the 19th Thursday completed all documentation and provided the Cheque, they then contact me the next morning to come collect the cheque as they will not be able to assist as my account with FNB is only 6months?? i advised i would pay upfront any charges for this service and will wait 8-10 weeks as they said this can be the case. All other big Bank will not assist as i am not there client and i am not making use of them. I am extremely disappointed in why they will not assist me i have mailed the Forex email address on this inquire last Friday and today and no correspondence from anyone from FNB. As per all the banks including FNB this is a United States Treasury Cheque and will not be needed to send for collection and should be cleared immediately waiting time only 1 week. I would like assistant from my Bank??
