Forex does not how to use their systems

I have made transfers into my Global accounts. According to Forex, they have 3 business days to action transfers. When I requested they make sure the transfers are done by today (being the last day if you don't count the action day and the public holiday), I was informed that they cannot access the transactions, even after I gave them the reference numbers. Then they had the cheek to ask me for my banking details. This when FNB categorically states that they will NEVER ask for personal or banking details via email or telephone. They are either 1) ********* who have access to the correspondence FNB receives from their clients and are using it to 'Phish' 2) They don't know how their own systems work 3) They are not really part of FNB and are a third-party organisation doing sensitive for work FNB. I don't know which is worse. Sort this out. I was excited about opening Global accounts, but this is leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
