FOREX DEPT

I transacted with a global payment, via a HONG KONG bank, in June this year. Forex did not release funds until August, enduring me loss of business, I paid forex transaction fee,R140 (x2) swift charges R105 (x2) and again an amount of R803 per transaction(2) in August when money was received in Hong Kong. However in November, I was billed again for R478.30(x2) for the same transaction....3 months later: I find this totally unacceptable, as I normally transact via Western Union and pay Just one fee....inclusive and NO FURTHER PAYMENTS. The initial problem was with FNB NOT CONCLUDING THE PAYMENT, and only did so when I complained to " HELLO PETER", 3 MONTHS LATER WITH MY MONEY IN THEIR ACCOUNT. I have sent several e-mails to FNB, receiving the same response: an automated one, nobody has called and tried to sort my complaint...as yet
