Forex department horrible treatment

I reported to the forex department at FNB that I had been a victim of a **** and requested that they recall the funds that I had made as payment for a business service / investment, which I never received. The payment was made online to the beneficiary, Michael Noak (also known as Brother Polight) Wells Fargo bank account in Los Angeles, USA.

I was initially told by FNB forex that it would take approximately five days to recall the money. I also insisted that FNB forex hand the case over to the ***** department to be treated as a ***** case, which they agreed to do. However, a month lapsed before they finally got back to me and informed me that the case was not undertaken by the ***** department and was therefore not treated as a ***** case? In addition to this, FNB informed me that nothing can be done to recover my money because Wells Fargo bank were "unable" to contact their client, (Michael Noak). From this point onwards, FNB forex have offered me no further solution or logical way forward whatsoever, that could possibly assist in the recovery of my money.

Although faced with great resistance, I have had to suggest that FNB contact Wells Fargo bank again and ask them to suspend their clients account until they are able to complete a thorough investigation into the matter. A step, which I believe should have constituted the initial course of action by Wells Fargo bank, in light of their inability to contact their client.

I was then informed, for the first time, by the supervisor dealing with my case (Phumlile Mabaso), that each time FNB contacts Wells Fargo bank there is a sixty dollar charge and that as the client I am liable to for that charge. of which three have already been made. I am completely devastated and disappointed with FNB, as this ongoing traumatizing episode has clearly proved to me that FNB are very happy and willing to take my money as a client, but have demonstrated very little interest or empathy in providing me with any real form of customer care and support......Very angry customer.
