Forex department

<p>I hold an account with you guys,I want to know your requirements when someone wants to buy forex from you.One time I called your forex department I was told the requirements and later got a call from the same department giving me requirements which are different from what I got earlier.</p> <p> </p> <p>One more thing, your assumption that every person who leaves the country flies us wrong because I am from Zimbabwe I don't fly when I go home.So this makes it difficult for me to buy forex from you guys and I use my colleague who bank with other institutions who are a bit flexible on requirements.</p> <p>Please reconsider your requirements so that it will suit some like me who travel by bus or by friend's cars.</p> <p>Thank you.</p>
