Forex clearance delay.
Every month I have to beg for my Foreign exchange funds to be cleared.
I tired to give them a chance because I could not get hold of my Private banker. Now rhat I ahev found her, it is still the same. I have no idea why I have her.
And I also have ide why the functionality isn't working on the app to clear the funds on my own according.
Please clarify

Can they have a permanent solution to the problem I have, which is the functionality to clear the finds by myself. It gives me errors every month.
