FOREX CASH PASSPORT ****!!

I was convinced by FNB that their Cash Passport is the way to go qhen traveling in Europe, so we signed up. We were promised heaven and earth and got nothing. The promised app doesn't work nor does the online system accept your card. You have no idea how much money is in your card!!! And then they charge EU15 if you have insufficient funds!!! To buy Eu1,000 cost me R1,000!!!! And for that you get NO service. 14 calls later and still I do not know the balance on the card. I drove from my house to town, parked and walked to bank - all the time while being on hold!!! Now they tell me therw is no App and no internet access to the account to check the balance!! In 2019!!!!!!! Really????!!!!!

Shame on you FNB for over selling a service!!!

I still don't have access!!!!!! PATHETIC FNB - my money is looking for a new ban****
