Forex / Cash Passport Nightmaer

I ordered a cash passport as well as Forex 3 days in advance for collection on Thursday 11th May @ Northgate, 09h00. (I did this through online banking). After an hour I find out that Forex "forgot" to deliver and I must come back the next day.

What is the point of ordering it when you don't bother delivering?

On the Friday I collect my forex and cards on my way to the airport. I had a problem activation the Cash Passport whilst I was overseas. Emailed Cash Passport who say they can't help me because they don't take instructions via email (took a few days to get that form letter). I rep**** that I can't phone them as I am on a ship in the middle of the Mediterranean with now cell signal. Then I get another reply on the 1st June (week later) asking me as to when they can phone me - 3 weeks after I left SA and 1 day before I came home.

Don't use this service from FNB - they are totally useless and unreliable. What if I didn't have my credit card with me? Would you have cared?
