Foreigners can not be helped Telephonicaly
When i try to call FNB am always asked for an ID number 1st before I get helped, but I am a foreigner. So does it mean if am a foreigner I cannot be helped telephonically?
I wanted to ask how can I get my latest 3 months bank statement online with yesterday transactions?
