Foreigners are not treated fairly by FNB

I did not get any help from FNB. A lady called Valiswa said she is organizing interview for me but since Thursday she never came back to me. Am always calling her number and no one is answering. I call one of the numbers i which once called me, which i was told the person who is suppose to interview me is on sick leave. The question is that is FNB using one person only to interview people? I can't pay for registration to be given student accommodation. I was out there on street until I returned back to my country on Saturday. It is a month now waiting for FNB to bring back my account. The issue of them not having a policy to govern bitcoin should not destroy my life. Who is going to cover all damages the caused me?
