Foreign T deduction

I was warned by family members ,than I must switch banks But i refused to listen, now I regret not listening to them,telling me about charges and money being deducted that you have no knowledge of,now I have deductions that say “foreign T” of 8.50 that’s been going on for 2 months n am being charged for something that I have no clue what it is. I am really sick of thei bank that I have loyal to since I was in my teen. I am really disappointed.n I get no responses when I call
