Forced to use dysfunctional app to maintain level 5 eBucks

FNB forces you to make use of functionality on their app to maintain a level 5 eBucks status, but then they are unable to ensure usability of the functionality they force you to use. I am trying to pay my bills (that I have been able to pay in the past) using the "Pay Bills" function on the app, but ever since the 1st of December i have been getting this error when trying to pay a bill that is due for payment by the 7th of December. Truly frustrating that i am forced to make use of their broken app functionality just to maintain my level 5 eBucks status.
