Forced to upgrade account wen wanting to increase overdraft

Still Upset, got a call from FNB to confirm something. Told them I have a complaint about being forced to sign up for a premier fusion account, just because I wanted to increase my overdraft limit. Was told that will escalate the matter.

Still no feedback. Do not understand why I did not have an option to upgrade my overdraft limit without having to upgrade my account???
