Forced to download the FNB app to stop spam

I emigrated and haven't had an FNB bank account in years, yet you're still spamming me and in order to opt out, I need to download your app or make an international phone call???? What kind of nonsense is that? Opt me out of every single piece of FNB marketing and delete any details you have of me, immediately.

I'm quoting your mail btw: "If you would like to opt out, download the FNB App > Menu > My Profile > My Preferences to set your preferences or contact our help desk on ***"
