Forced alternate payments to incur higher banking charges!!!

This bank is becoming worse by the day. So my fees structure has changed. Mind you I have a savings account, not a platinum or business or even cheque. My bank fees used to average around 55r to 75r give or take a month. 2 months ago it jumped to over 200r. Last month, a whopping R530. I was told that it because of the type of payments and how many I have made for that month. So this month, I decided to just make card payments. Guess what, most of my card transactions are getting declined, forcing me to use alternate payment methods that incur higher banking charges. When I queried this with the secure chat services, I was told I didn't have cash in my account, then I was told, It is the ***** department not approving my card transactions!!! Bear in mind, when they suspect *****, one usually gets a notification asking you is this *****. Especially if you are making huge payments. This was for R100! Not R10000!!! No notification nothing. Just declined immediately. I see you FNB, and I find you are underhanded in your transparency. Making clients incur higher banking charges by forcing us to use payment methods that cost more. You clearly think that in this day and age clients don't scrutinize every cent leaving their account? I am disgusted and appalled. You keep trying my patience and loyalty. In the past you have let a E wallet account go into a minus of R1500 claiming merchants were paid late. If I have 50r and swipe for R50 at any store, I cannot leave that store with my goods unless the retailer has received their payment! This is just another one of the incidents where you, FNB, tried to pull the wool over an unemployed client's eyes.. but I see you!! Never again!!
