FORCE TO UPGRADE

I have been with FNB for SO LONG I cannot even remember!! They FORCE you to upgrade your credit card to a PREMIER card if you just want to upgrade the limit! Even when you CANCEL the application THEY JUST UPGRADE YOU!! I didn't even do the application and they AGAIN just sent me an SMS and an email "we are busy processing your application for a premier credit card"!! I DID NOT APPLY FOR IT!!! The same thing happened January and it TOOK TWO MONTHS for them to downgrade my card BACK TO ASPIRE CREDIT CARD! *** IS THIS???? NOW they force you to get the upgraded card and they get the monthly fees FOR SOMETHING YOU DIDNT APPLY FOR!!!! I STRUGGLED FOR TWO MONTHS (went to the branches, called and even secure chat)!!!! NOTHING! AND now for the best "we cannot assist you with credit card matters in the branch you have to call"!!! this is unacceptable and I am not waiting another two months and waisting my time, leave and money on FNB! DO NOT FORCE your clients to TAKE PRODUCTS they didn't apply for!!!!!
